Millennials are ditching chains like McDonald’s for different kinds of food

Business Insider recently revealed the downfall of fast food giants like McDonald’s and Burger King to a new genre: fast-casual Mexican. In a poll by MSN, Americans prefer Pizza and fast-casual Mexican at 37% when compared to traditional burger joints and fried chicken at 32%. This is a new turning point for the food industry as a whole; California Tortilla is looking up for growth.
