It’s all about the food! California Tortilla is a unique take of “California style” Mexican. Our signature items offer a twist on traditional Mexican flavors and include sauces like Honey Lime, Crunchy BBQ Ranch, Korean BBQ, and California Screamin’.
To have the best food, you have to use the best ingredients. We use only premium proteins and vegetables and our salsa, guacamole, queso and sauces are made on site, fresh daily from the best ingredients we can get our hands on. In fact, there’s no freezer on site at all. Our menu is Chef-Inspired, and while we cater to individual needs, we offer bold and exciting flavor profiles in our signature products.

Strong business management and customer service skills. Restaurant experience is a big plus. We require a minimum of $250,000 in liquid assets and a net worth of $1 million.

$40,000 for one store commitment.

What type of training will I receive?
We provide training programs to prepare you and your team for opening your California Tortilla. Our initial training is conducted in our headquarters in Maryland. Our hands-on training is designed to engage you and your managers one-on-one.
Is there ongoing support?
Following your opening, we continue to provide ongoing support to you in person, by phone, email, and through on-site visits to your location. We are constantly researching and developing new menu items, marketing campaigns and vendors. We regularly update our operations manual with new procedures and other information designed to improve operations for all our Franchise Owners. We’re also available to conduct ongoing training programs for new managers.
